Tanaya Sheth is a lab manager and research technician for Fidock lab. She received two undergraduate degrees from the Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College, Mumbai, India in Life Sciences and Chemistry. Following undergrad, Tanaya received her Master’s degrees in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. There, she completed her thesis project in Dr. George Dimopoulos’ lab studying the effect of Wolbachia regulated thioester containing proteins on Plasmodium infection in Anopheles stephensi. Tanaya plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Microbiology in the future.
